The Sea Potter

Wedding artistry is quickly becoming extremely popular. However, this artistry is even more unique. A gift from your guests to you, this framed artwork will be curated on your wedding day, at your venue, using the treasures your own guests bring with them.

How does it work?

When you send out your invites, you will send out a small envelope to each guest, with their name on the front (these are the names you wish to see on the artwork). You will ask each guest to bring a small treasure i.e. a piece of seaglass, sea pottery, shell,  driftwood, stone or even special family keepsake, a key or a sixpence, in that envelope.

Each treasure will be used by me to create your beautiful mosaic love heart and the name of the guests written next to the pieces they gifted, acting as a beautiful, permanently displayed guest book to remind you of your wonderful family and friends and the special day you shared with them.

A unique experience

This kind of wedding artistry has never been done before and so you truly will have something unique.   Curating the artwork at your venue, on your wedding day makes the final piece that bit more special. It also provides a bit of interest for your guests either during the day or the evening.

The artworks pictured on this page are just examples of what you could have created. A mosaic memory of your love for each other! However, if you have a special request, please do get in touch to discuss it.

Prices will vary slightly depending on the number of guests and therefore size of the artwork.

Hen Parties

I am also available to host a workshop for hen parties either on an evening or a daytime at the weekend. Bring our your crafty/arty side and create your own unique framed artwork using beachcombed treasure I will provide. The hen party can either be hosted at your home, a venue of your choice (subject to the venue) or a venue which I will arrange on your behalf. Make a party of it with some wine and nibbles!
